The Maritim proArte Hotel Berlin offers rooms with Italian-style furnishings, marble bathrooms, and a laptop safe. Robot room service, named "Ron" by guests, delivers items directly to the room. Family suites provide a separate living area, dressing room, and dual-aspect city views.

Two on-site restaurants serve international cuisine and typical Berlin dishes. The Checkpoint bar offers cocktails, long drinks, spirits, burgers, and snacks. A breakfast buffet includes freshly made omelettes, continental options, and vegan muffins.

The spa area has a 15-meter indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a steam room, and a fitness room. Massages, beauty treatments, and wellness packages are available for an extra charge. Guests can use the pool and spa facilities for a daily fee of €5.

Friedrichstrasse shopping street is 300 meters from the hotel, and the Unter den Linden Boulevard is 100 meters away. The Brandenburg Gate, Museum Island, and Friedrichstadt-Palast are within walking distance. Friedrichstrasse train station is a 5-minute walk, offering direct trains to the airport.

Babysitting and child services are available for families traveling with children. The hotel has the largest conference facilities in Berlin Mitte, with meeting and banquet rooms. An environmental initiative lets guests decline housekeeping in exchange for sweet snacks.
